1. We maintain an ever expanding database of products, manufacturers, vendors, and contacts in order to be able to quickly respond to your queries on our main segment areas, and
2. We constantly look for interesting and new products in the marketplace and specifically in the areas of your interests. Of course we constantly visit the industry trade shows and vertical fairs in order to have a hands on experience of the products themselves and to connect directly with the manufacturers.

Most of our clients are small or medium retailers (digital or brick & mortar) or wholesalers looking for new and high-demand products to offer to their markets at non-premium price-points. The usual process we follow with you is:

1. You send us your request by email, telephone or chat. I.e. ‘I am interested in USB powerbanks or smart wearables, tell me what you have.”
2. We acknowledge your request within 12 hours.
3. We produce and send back to you a quote within the next three (3) days our acknowledgment or receipt. In the quote you will find products, prices, indicative shipping costs and our terms and conditions.
4. You reply with questions or whatever other clarification you may need.
5. Once you are satisfied, you send us the final details and shipping requirements via email to finalize the order.

For the rare cases where a client’s request cannot be satisfied from our database and we will have to do additional market research, please see the appropriate services category.

Having said that, we occasionally get requests that need to be investigated further and that cannot be easily answered through our regular operating process. For example, sometimes we get requests to find suppliers of a very specific industrial or commercial product (either to be purchased in bulk, or to be custom made). In this case, because we will have to make extra effort to do market research and to find manufacturers, suppliers and contacts, we charge on the basis of effort that will be expended.

If you want us to find something very specific and to create a shortlist just for you, ask us for a Market Research quote stating in detail what you are looking for, in what quantities, and what price range would be acceptable to you. Since we allocate resources to deliver a shortlist of products, prices and suppliers to you, we will send back a man-day effort estimation along with the man-day cost. You can then decide if you want to go ahead and commission us to do this work for you.

We have initially decided to concentrate/specialize in the following market areas:

1. Consumer Electronics, e.g. wearables, USB accessories and devices, networking equipment, home automation, home hi-tech gadgets, hover-boards, e-book readers, etc
2. Home Appliances and Lighting, e.g. small home and kitchen appliances, LED lamps and accessories, etc
3. Home & Garden, e.g. garden tools, garden irrigation, hand tools, audio/video accessories, cables, and
4. Arts & Crafts, e.g. art supplies, craft materials, decorative and religious artifacts, etc

As part of our daily operations, we contact the manufacturers and vendors in our database for updates on new products, pricing, as well as for any special offerings or factory clearances that they may have presently in effect. Based on our customers’ profiles, we broadcast this information, either directly via email, or through our regular newsletters and pricelists.

Generally, we try to operate within very specific market niches. Presently, we focus on products that our clients target to their budget-oriented customers and avoid the premium brands where profit margins are low because of the additional perceived value of the brand and the low volume of the orders. Most of our clients want to offer the full range of product lines in order to capture all types of consumers, and out mission is to find the middle and low products that fit to their product spectrum.

Our experience shows that middle and small retailers and wholesalers struggle to find products with high enough margins to maintain competitive prices.
