Your first step is to read our basic info under the menu item labeled “Products.” Just check the top of this page and you’ll find it.
On that page you will see the product categories that we concentrate/specialize in and see if we can generally cover your areas of interest. If our main areas do not cover your needs, you have two options:
- Find someone else to assist you in your search, or
- Ask us to do some market research for you. For more information on this, please check out our main menu item “Services → Market Research.” Basically, if you are having difficulty finding what you need, or you need someone in China to investigate options for you and propose solutions for your needs, this service is for you. Its cost is in direct relation to the effort that we will expend for you.
If our main product categories cover your areas of interest, your next step can be one of the following three:
- Wait until a certain product need arises in your business and send us a request for a quote,
- Subscribe to our newsletter and request regular price-lists from us in your interest areas, or
- Ask for a quote for a product you already get somewhere else and see if our prices are competitive.
In any case, once you find items that interest you in our communications, the next step will be to get to know us as we will be acting on your behalf in China. You can contact us on the phone, chat with us on our site and on Skype (or any other chat platform you might prefer), or send us e-mail (which produces nice audit trails of our communications, so we use this medium a lot!). We regularly have clients visit China for business and, if they choose, we arrange to have our staff escort them to any venue or destination they need to go. Communication in China can be very challenging (which is one of the reasons why we operate locally), and we can help with that since we have lots of experience!

This one is easy. Our major call-to-action is to get you to subscribe to our newsletters, so that we can establish a communication channel with you! Once you subscribe to our newsletters, we will have the e-mail address where you would want to receive our content. If you want us to regularly send price-lists, just send us an email and we will make sure we include your address in the proper mail list(s). We will only send relevant content, based on the ticks you have indicated when you subscribed to our newsletters. To add you to additional product categories, just say so in your e-mail to us requesting prices.

Here's what I'm looking for...
Once you accept one of our quotes, all you have to do to convert that into a regular order is:
- Send us an email with the quote of your choice which will either explicitly accept our financial terms or implicitly accept our offer by giving us the “go ahead.” We will acknowledge the receipt of your email and then you can proceed to #2 below.
- Transfer to our company’s bank account in China the predefined portion of the funds necessary to place the order and which will be used as down payment to the manufacturer or vendor. The rest of the funds will have to be wired to our account before shipment, usually on the week the items are to be shipped. Depending on our offer, our fees and the product costs can be separate and funds may need to be transferred to both our account and the vendor’s/manufacturer’s at different times. This will be clearly stated in our quote and it also depends on how you want to engage us. Since we follow up and do quality control for every order, our fees are directly proportional to the time we spend making sure the order is executed properly. You pay us to minimize your risks and ensure proper order handling, just like you would pay your warehouse staff.
- Once the order is placed, we will update you on a regular basis (and you can contact us anytime with any inquiry you may have) on the status of your order until it gets shipped and our transaction is mostly completed.
We send regular updates on all our outstanding orders, usually once per week. Needless to say that you can ping us anytime on any communication channel (email, skype, wechat, site chat, phone, etc) and you will get the latest status of your order. It’s that simple, because we are always accessible to you.
Most of our business is done with bank transfers. If you prefer another method of payment, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you! Our Chinese bank details are always part of our quotes, so it should not be a problem. And you can always ask us on our chat channels, in case our details are unavailable to you for some reason.
